Jessie (Ying) Zhan

Jessie brings over 30 years of experience in cross-border investment, finance, and risk management. She has deep expertise in structuring and executing complex transactions across international markets.

Jessie is the founder of Aproin, a family office focused on cross-border investments, and currently serves as Chief Investment Advisor to CybEye and a Board Director of Toolots.

Over the course of her career, she has led or participated in more than 150 transactions, including IPOs, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings across a range of industries.

Jessie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeast Normal University, a Master’s in Finance from the Institute of Fiscal Science at China’s Ministry of Finance, and a PhD in Finance from Renmin University of China. She also completed postdoctoral research in finance at Tsinghua University.
