Jessie (Ying) Zhan
Jessie (Ying) Zhan brings to 1955 Capital over 30 years of experience in the financial industry with extensive knowledge in cross-border investment banking, management, and risk control.
She graduated from Northeast Normal University with a Bachelors in Education and received a Masters in Finance from the Institute of Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance before obtaining a Ph.D. in Finance Principal from China RenMin University and a Post Doctorate in Philosophy (Finance Principal) at Tsinghua University.
Jessie founded Aproin, a family office for cross-border investment, and currently oversees all organization operations while simultaneously serving as the Chief Investment Advisor for CybEye and Board Director of Toolots.
During previous roles, Jessie successfully presided over and/or participated in the IPO, refinancing, merging, acquisition, and reorganization of over 150 projects for a multitude of companies in a variety of industries.
